Brass Ball Valve With Actuator Platform
Meets CA and VT Low Lead Standards

The Water Cop actuator screws onto the water valve platform. The water shut off valve has a handle to turn on and off the water until you add the electric water valve shut off actuator. This is a full port 1 inch water valve: no reduction occurs in the water flow. NPT National Pipe Tapered)female thread. UL tested. 600 psi. This heavy duty industrial valve is also widely used for LP gas, natural gas, and fire protection system applications.

California Assembly Bill 1953 and Vermont Act 193 reduced the amount of lead in specific plumbing fixtures from its current amount of no more than 8% to a new standard not to exceed 0.25%.  All fifty states must comply with this NEW 0.25% requirement by January 4, 2014.
