Valvin V100L System Detects and Stops Toilet Tank Related Water Leaks
Valvin V100L controllers detect, stop and prevent tank related water leaks in standard tank style toilets. Components include a Fill Valve, a Controller, a Water Float, a Water Tank Sensor, a Float Bowl, and a Solenoid. Powered by a 9 Volt alkaline battery (not included). Works with single flush and dual flush toilets.
Valvin V100L Stops These Tank Leaks:
Open flapper caused by a bound up chain or stuck down flush handle wastes about 200 gallons of water/hour.
Partial flapper leak caused by deteriorating flapper. Begins as small reoccurring leak. With further deterioration, flapper leak tops off water in tank. Toilet water "runs and run" indefinitely. Water bill increases the same way!
Leaking fill valve : water constantly added to already full tank. Water goes to drain unabated or
Toilet Tank Overflows causing floor or wall damage.
Controller LED lights flash. Identifies type of leak. Ex. green is bad fill valve.
Manual reset re-opens fill valve: tank refills.
Property owner repairs problem when time permits.
Additional detected leaks: Valvin V100L shuts off water until reset.
“Hospitality” mode option: controller identifies leak with LED light. Water supply left on
