Tube of conductivity gel for application before putting on motion sicknessReliefBand or Reletex. Gel improves effectiveness: keeps nerve stimulation active to prevent motion sickness or nausea. Re-apply conductive gel in a thin layer on wrist below ReliefBand for sea sickness or nausea. 7.5 mL (0.25 oz) of hypoallergenic conductivity gel.
Locate the P6 nerve in either wrist: located between the two tendons on the underside of the wrist, two
finger widths from the first crease in the wrist. After locating the
nerve, clean the area and apply a small drop of gel. Spread the gel in a
circle about the size of a large coin with an even sheen.
For best results, reapply every 2 to 3 hours or when nerve stimulation decreases.
