Easy House Cleaning - Green Cleaning
Easy House Cleaning, Green Cleaning and No More Toxic Cleaners!
|
House cleaning can be made easy with some of the wonderful
shine mops and
cleaning supplies available on the market today and be environmentally
friendly too!
We walk around the house barefoot most of the time, even during the winter months.
I wouldn’t even consider washing my floors with a toxic cleaner. Our dog walks on
those floors, too. The skin on the soles of our feet can absorb the residue from
harsh and toxic cleaners. If you have children, this is even a better reason to
use green cleaning products. I love a clean house as much as anybody I know, but
I am not willing to risk the health of my family and pet friends by using chemical
laden cleaners. There are too many incredible green products to choose from in the
market today to risk the dangers of using chemical, petroleum based cleaning solutions.

The dangers of toxic cleaning materials in our home environment cannot be overstated.
The fumes alone can do considerable damage to the lungs. All you have to do is read
the warning label on each product - a label by the manufacturers own admission of
the dangers in using their product - to get an idea of how hazardous they are. Did
you know the first agent for chemical warfare was chlorine? Even scientists won’t
handle chlorine without gloves, masks and proper ventilation. This is a scary fact
considering chlorine is in a lot of cleaning products, not to mention our drinking
water, swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Formaldehyde is in almost every cleaning product
- and shampoos, toothpastes, and laundry detergents. Disinfectants are usually phenol-
cresol based. These chemicals deactivate sensory nerve endings, attack the liver,
kidneys, spleen and the central nervous system. If you just spray two ounces, it
takes over two years to eliminate the unhealthy affects. TWO YEARS!

Do yourself and the environment a favor by using
green cleaning products. There are environmentally friendly cleaning products
for just about everything. From every type of floor, to laundry soaps, to all types
of surface cleaners. And just remember, whatever you use, ends up in the water system
and in our drinking water. Help the planet by creating a healthy environment for
yourself and all the generations to come. Go green!
