Mount Cardinal Gates child safety gates or dog gates to wrought iron posts without damage to wrought iron posts. This child gate mounting kit called the WIK or wrought iron kit works only with wrought iron posts that are 3/4" or smaller in diameter.
What is included in this kit:
One wooden strip that is 26.5 inches long by 2.75 inches wide by 3/4 inches thick.
There are two loops that go around the wrought iron post and attach with two nuts at each end.
The ends of the wrought iron kit may be reversed to obtain desired gate height above the floor surface. Move the wrought iron kit up or down the spindle to height adjustment. The height above the floor should not exceed 3 inches when used for children.
