All steel metal safety gate keeps larger dogs or ones that can jump very high out of rooms. The gate height of this steel dog gate with the height extension is 38 to 40 inches. Expand this safety gate to fit an opening 26.5 to 41.5 inches wide. Add one additional 8 inch height extension if needed. Width extensions are available if needed. Note: For large pet use only, gate may be mounted as high as 4 inches off floor.
