The water damage protection package has a Water Cop valve electric actuator that uses 110VAC, a one inch low lead brass ball valve with platform (WaterCop ready) and three single probe moisture sensors , that detect water and sound a local water alarm . Use the security system alarm interface on the electric ball valve actuator to connect this water damage protection system to a monitored home security system. Protection against water damage in homes, condominiums and businesses means lower insurance premiums from many companies.
