Victor Yellow Jacket Wasp Trap Information
Each kit included 2 plastic wasp traps with bait. Each 5 inch tall traps looks like a drinking glass. Each trap has a 4 inch wide yellow top that attaches to the trap via the hanger (through a slot on the top of the cover, The trap itself has 4 holes through which the yellow jackets enter the trap.
Open each trap , pour bait into trap, fill to fill line with water. Swirl to mix. Allow several hours for activation.
Dispose of trap by submerging into water. Wrap in plastic bag and discard in trash.
Use in yard, patrio, deck, porch, barn shed, garbage and recycle areas.
Hang traps in late evening or early morning when yellow jackets are inactive.
Hang from trees or stakes.
Place in calm, sunny locations about 25 ft from activity areas
Experiment with supplemental batis as yellow jacket species and diet cycles may vary.
Supplemental baits include lemonade, grenadine, fruit flavored soda, fruit, fruit juices, beer or sugar water.
