This temperature sensor FGD-0107 was designed for cold storage temperature monitoring inside freezers and refrigerators. The glass bead filled vial will buffer any momentary fluctuations that may cause a preliminary alarm, such as defrost cycles, door openings and fans circulating air. The temperature seen by the Sensaphone is closer to the actual temperature of the other items in the cooler instead of the temperature of the air. The glass beads will slow the response time of the sensor allowing normal daily operations to occur without having an alarm initiated.
A popular combination is to use this sensor with the new Web600 for a low cost cold storage solution that is web based and capable of monitoring ultra low temperature applications down to -85 Deg C.

400, 800: -20° to 150°F (-30° to 65°C)
1400, 1800, 2800: -109° to 115°F (-78° to 46°C)
2000: -121° to 123°F (-85° to 51°C)
Express II: -85° to 200°F (-65° to 93°C)
