Bird X recommends and sells this Project 1 brand clear silicone adhesive for mounting bird spikes and bird netting . This spike adhesive is more convenient and faster than nails to attach bird spikesto wood, concrete, brick or metal surfaces. This RTV silicone rubber spike adhesive also attaches bird netting to concrete, brick or steel.This is a high quality, one-part moisture-cure sealant that dries to a 100% rubber solid. The Temperature Range is -115 degrees F to 305 degrees F. Conventional paints will not adhere to this adhesive sealant. Project 1 remains flexible and waterproof. The durability is rated by the manufacturer as 50 years. The non-flammable water-based adhesive can be used on damp surfaces. Bird-X tested many adhesives before determining that this works the best with bird spike and bird netting installation. Made in USA.
