A black connection strap attaches the dog harness to the seat belt for safety. This

The Oversized Snoozer Look-Out II is 21" wide, 6" wider than the regular Snoozer Look-Out pet seat. Some dogs, depending on build, are able to lie down and sit in the oversized Lookout II.
