Smart Solar Solar Mole and Gopher Chaser 90400RM1

Rid yard of moles the easy way. Get rid of moles, voles and gophers by inserting this anodized aluminum Smart Solar mole stake 90400RM1 in flower beds or around yard perimeters. Head of mole spike is 6 inches in diameter: the solar panel is about 2 7/8 inches square. The vibration mole repeller generator sends out vibrations of approximately 400 Hz into the soil to repel moles and mice. Push the solar mole chaser aluminum tube of the mole repellant stake into the ground. Mount the sonic pest repeller stake with sturdy plastic tip so the solar panel is about 4 inches above ground. The mole chaser works within a diameter of about 100 feet depending upon the soil. Replacement battery: 1.2V Ni-Mh 600 mAh battery.

Smart Solar Mole Chaser Installation Instructions:

1. Water ground to loosen soil unless soil is soft. Note: do not insert into mole runs or tunnels. You need soil around the unit for vibrations to get rid of mole pests.
   
2. Take a piece of wood and cover the top of the tube
3. Use a mallet or hammer to gently hammer the wood to drive the spike into the ground.
4. Connect the plug inside the tube to the Solar battery unit.
5. Securely fasten the mole stake top with the battery unit to the aluminum tube.
6. The mole chaser is now ready to use.

Solar Mole Spike Maintenance Instructions:

1. Clean only with soft tissue, microfiber cloth or soft cotton cloth and any mild glass cleaning solution.
2. Removing/Replacing Battery: Remove Solar Mole Stake Head, disconnect cable, turn battery unit with solar panel upside down on soft surface, unscrew 6 cross-head screws. Disconnect battery. Fit new battery in reverse order making sure battery polarity is correct. This unit takes a 1.2V Ni-MH/600mAh battery.
