You need these Scentry III-SFGVC units, gas valve controllers, that include a tin dioxide semi-conductor combustible gas sensor. Use this case of 6 explosive gas monitors for natural gas or propane gas to protect commercial kitchens, home gas ranges, gas heaters and more from explosions or fires. The tin dioxide semi-conductor gas sensor senses and then controls dangerous gas build-up in a building or private home: the controller is a gas valve shut off that turns off the gas valve (not included) to the protected appliance. Note: Gas valve automatically closes when the power goes off.
The Safety First USA Gas Safety Valve Controller helps avoid explosions and fires that occur when an unsafe condition occurs as the controller deactivates and shuts off a Scentry gas valve (not included). Use with 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch or 1 inch Scentry gas valves. Requires a 24V transformer matched to the Scentry gas valve.
