Each Safe Home Products Brand Rechargeable AAA NiMH battery has an 1300mAh rating, a higher capacity than most regular rechargeable batteries that are 900 or 1200 mAh rated. A long life AAA battery has 1.2 volts.
This 1300 mAh AAA battery uses a Ni-Mh (nickel metal hydride) design which does not exhibit "memory" issues of traditional Ni-Cad batteries.
Unlike single-use alkaline batteries, these Safe Home batteries can be recharged hundreds of times.
These NiMh batteries are custom made for SafeHome®. These cost more than our regular AA batteries ( NiMH-AAA-1800 ), but tests have shown that these batteries give higher quality for high load, high drain usage. They are suitable for use in both low and high drain devices, including digital cameras, wireless keyboard mouses, etc. These AAA batteries are compatible with most chargers.
