This Wind Garden Parrot Bicycle Spinner is 29 inches x 36.5 inches and made of sturdy polyester in brilliant colors. Each bicycle wheel is 12.25 inches in diameter with 12 fabric "spokes". Made from SunTex UV resistant fabric, the parrot spinners includes all the colors of the rainbow. Easy to assemble: the strut assemblycomes in three sections that quickly connect.
