The NextBolt NX4 Secure Mount ORB is one of the latest biometric deadbolt lock from Actuator Systems. With the NextBolt NX4, your fingerprint opens the door (once programmed) so no keys are needed to unlock the deadbolt lock. Home security or business security is increased since fingerprints can easily be entered or deleted. Note: This deadbolt requires two additional screws inserted into your door: it does not just replace your current deadbolt lock. Secure Mount designates this additional security feature.

The keyless fingerprint lock technology used by NextBolt allows fast entry while providing you with maximum office and home security .The NextBolt NX4 Secure Mount ORB electric door lock takes less than a second to open. It has an Impact Alarm feature that gives a high-pitched warning sound in case anybody tries to break-in. The NextBolt also has a fast enrollment mode that makes adding or deleting users very simple. Up to 99 fingerprints can be enrolled in the deadbolt actuator product . Adding and deleting users can be done individually.

The NX4 Secure Mount is constructed from polished hardened steel. Aside from Oil Rubbed Bronze, the NextBolt NX4 is also available in Satin Nickel and Polished Brass finishes. The lock, which includes a standard key way, has an ANSI grade deadbolt type of latch. It fits both left or right handed doors. It is weatherproof designed and can be used outdoors in temperatures ranging from -30 F to 150 F. It operates with just 4 standard AA batteries. When the batteries need to be replaced, you are not required to re-enroll users.

The NX4 Secure Mount (ORB) user manual included in the product package will show you how installation is done The assembly level/degree of difficulty is intermediate.

The product kit includes: ANSI Grade, UL 3-hr fire-rated deadbolt, 3 Nickel plated backup keys and a user's guide. The NextBolt is CE, FCC, ANSI and UL Certified and works with wood or metal doors of up to 2 ¼” thick.
