This electronic pill boxby Medready is a great gift for senior citizens, complex medication schedules or for those who need an automatic pill dispenser to avoid medication errors. This Medready key locked pillboxholds 28 doses of pills or capsules and can dispense pills up to 4 times daily. The rotating medication dispenser sounds a 90 dB alarm at a frequency between 2800-3000 Herz and flashes a light at the pre-set times. Once the door is opened, the signals cease. This unit includes a phone cable modem connection to a monitoring service (fees not included) so that relatives, friends or other caregivers can monitor whether the medications were removed from the box. Note: Due to sanitary and health reasons, this medication dispenser is not returnable once shipped. If the unit is mechanically defective, the manufacturer will replace it.
