Choose this remote monitor for power failure alerts and heating system failure if you need a basic monitor for home or business and want a 20 hour battery back-up for electricity failure. The HomeGuard monitor sounds alerts by dialing two 20 digit phone numbers you choose. Alerts are if there is over a five minute power failure or temperature falls below 45° F temperature.
Easy Set Up: Plug in and enter dial-out numbers and PIN. Home Guard home monitor is on duty.
Remote monitor with dial-in access: Immediate report of temperature and power status.
Preset power outage alert and temperature sensor alert.
Alerts two (2) 20 digit phone numbers. CANNOT leave message on answering machines. CANNOT dial a pager.
Integrated voice tells you the temperature and makes it easy to program.
Record a 10 second personal identification message over the phone.
Requires AC Power and Active Land Based Phone Line.
Power Alert: Dial-Out stops when power resumes or PIN entered.
