Avoid Water Damage from Frozen Pipes
Install this low temperature sensor on incoming main water pipes to be alerted when the pipe temperature falls below 38 degrees F. To protect your home or business from water damage, use this freeze alarm in conjunction with the Water Cop electric valve actuator that responds to the Freeze Hound sensor. Install the WaterCop on your incoming main water pipe. The WaterCop almost instantly turns off your water supply when alerted by the Freeze Hound or the Water Hound radio sensors. Protects against broken water pipes and water damage.
To protect against frozen pipes, attach the FreezeHound Sensor to an incoming water pipe. A loud alarm sounds when the pipe temperature falls below 38 degrees F. The Freeze hound activates the Water Cop to shut off the water. Note: Electric power is required to shut the water valve. The Freeze Hound alarm operates on 2 AA batteries. For additional protection in second homes, primary homes or businesses, install a Sensaphone or Temperature Guard temperature and power monitor to alert you of outages or furnace failures or air conditioning failures.
