Filter may need replaced
Pump pre-filter screen and/or pump screen is clogged. Clean by unplugging from outlet. Remove bottle. Dump water from base. Unscrew water bowl. Check pre-filter screen. Wipe off or rinse under tap. If side of pump appears dirty, use screw driver to remove plastic retainer and remove pump. Wipe off or rinse under tap. Reinstall parts.
