The new RF-IMPB2 replaces the RF-IMPFL fluoride filter. This new replacement water filter can be installed in the undercounter and counter top units listed: Crown
Water Filters Models CWR-TC1UC, CWR-TC3UC, CWR-TC5UC, CWR-TC5CT, CWR-TC7CT and CWR-TC7UC. Note: Purchase these units separately. This is only a single filter. CWR developed this improved fluoride filter because municipal and private water supplies are using a new form
of fluoride more difficult to remove from your drinking water.
Also, very hard water reduced the effectiveness of the RF-IMPFL fluoride
filters.

Tests at the National Testing Labs showed fluoride reduction in municipal treated water that was below the level of detection! This new RF-IMPFL with Fluoride- Heavy Metal also enhances the Doulton ceramic cartridges efficiency. (Purchase Doulton filter separately). The heavy metals reduced include lead,
cadmium and nickel.
