Setting Up the Water Scare Crow Animal Repellent Unit:

Position the Water Scarecrow motion activated sprinkler so the area to be protected is within its 105 degree detection area. Avoid pointing the motion sensor sprinkler at objects like roads, sidewalks or waterfalls where movement may cause "false triggering" of the sprinkler sensor. for heat and motion.
Adjust the sensitivity dial of the motion detector sprinkler to the lowest setting that your target animal will activate. (See chart on page 6 in the instruction manual).
Fine tune the Scarecrow sprinkler so the water covers the area you wish to protect.
Coverage: Up to 1000 square feet per each Water Scarecrow. The sensor detection zone for the Scarecrow sprinkler is 35 ft. deep and 45 ft. wide with a 100 degree coverage to provide generous garden protection.
