Use Concern® garden defense concentrate as a fungicide , an insecticide and a miticide . Neem Oil is the main ingredient of this garden product that controls fungal diseases including black spot, mildews, rust, and scab. Concern also kills mites and insects including whiteflies, aphids and scales. OMRI Listed® and compliant for use in organic gardening.
