Versatile White Home SafetyGate Spans 80 Inches Straight and Is Expandable
Use this 80 inch metal gate for child safety or pet control . Configure the safety gate to span a large straight space, close off an area from children or pets or make a temporary dog pen or play pen . VersGate by Cardinal Gates is the perfect solution for nearly any safety gate need. Its strong, sturdy design and rubber-coated feet make it ideal. More effective wall-mounting hardware (vertical hole pattern) allows gate removable from walls without removing screws! Feet now allow for a straight line installation of the Versagate. Baseboard shims plus easier mounting of the child gate to the stabilizing feet make this a great pet gate or child gate for almost any situation.
The basic VersaGate includes a 40 inch wide door piece with a 24 inch opening and two additional 20 inch extensions. The best part about the VersaGate is that with the use of additional extensions (sold separately) the possible gate configurations are unlimited!
NOTE: The gate and all its parts are white (not black as seen in photo of pen-style configuration). Also, the hearth, floor, and pen configurations shown in the additional photos require extensions. These are examples of numerous optional uses of the VG-65.
Trying to gate a large space? As its name indicates, the VG65 offers 80 inches of coverage. For each additional 3 feet (36 inches) needed, add one VG40 extension. For each additional 16 inches needed, add one VG20 Extension. Add additional door panels if needed.

Door Section with 24 inch gate: 40 inches total width
Gate Extensions: 2, each 20 inches wide.
Two rubber-coated, stabilizing feet to increase stability and prevent scratching floors. Use two for the wide door section and one for each gate extension. Each foot is 6 inches in diameter and one inch high. The bottom is textured to them less likely to skid on a slick floo surface.
For maximum stability, the feet can be mounted to the floor.

Gate and frame are both made from strong, sturdy steel.
For maximum stability, the feet can actually be mounted to the floor if the customer so desires.
Door Operation: Push red safety button and lift handle 90 degrees upwards. Pull gate to open. Close gate and lower handle back to original postion. Gate will click when locked.
Your Cardinal Gate is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase when used in homes, and according to manufacturers instructions. When used commercially, such as day care centers, the warranty is 90 days.
