This dog training device uses corrective ultrasonic tones to help control dog barking both inside a home and outside, depending upon placement of the bark stopping unit. Lentek Bark Free Original was made to control dogs' nuisance barking day or night. Bark Free doesn't "SHOCK" like bark control collars. Bark Free sits on a counter or mounts outdoors. Barkfree's microphone picks up a dog's bark and generates a corrective tone dogs dislike.

Persistent barking and bad behavior in dogs is difficult to stop. Bark Free, developed by USA veterinary technicians, is a humane and effective in helping cure dog behavioral problems.

When placed near a neighbor's or your dog, Bark Free turns on automatically when barking occurs. Bark Free uses a unique "Bark Pickup Sensitivity Adjustment Selector" that the user sets to activate to the dog's bark. The selector rejects false sound readings and turns off automatically when barking stops.

Bark Free added a specially designed "Audible Sound Selector." You choose either an ultrasonic frequency heard only by dogs or lower sound tones audible to human ears. Both sounds proved effective with barking dogs.

Expected Results:
No method stops barking 100%. This includes the BarkFree. The overall amount of barking, especially night barking, should be significantly decreased within a few days after using the Barkfree. If you have not noticed this, your dog problem may be more serious than unnecessary nuisance or boredom barking. Many dogs do require a 4 to 6 week training period with Barkfree. One customer noted her very large, very smart purebred dogs barked louder and longer for two weeks before responding to the Bark-Free.

NOTE: Bark-Free devices seem less effective with Schnauzers and Yorkies. (Per our customers' experience.) Also use Bark-Free as reinforcement after using other nuisance barking reduction options such as intensive repetitive training by owner with or without Dog Dazer or Pet Agree (manually activated ultrasonic trainer); shock collars; and/or surgery to clip vocal cords.

Other Severe Problem Barking Situations Include:

Protective Barking : at trespassers or when dogs believe owner is in danger.
Dogs Conditioned to Bark : Dogs accidentally trained to bark by getting positive or negative attention (for barking.
Feeding Time : Disconnect Bark Free when feeding dog(s).
Removing one dog (to walk) and leaving others behind : get out of sight quickly.
Hearing Problems : Deaf dogs cannot hear Bark Free. Dogs with high frequency hearing damage may respond to human audible tones.
High Stress Environments : Bark Free is not recommended for general use in boarding kennels, animal shelters and grooming salons. These locations generate protective and fear barking. Use only during non-visiting hours.
