Fish pond heater is a floating pond deicer with thermostatic control and an automatic shut-off. The styrofoam float is completely enclosed within a rugged plastic housing. The 15 foot cord exits from the top of the unit for added stability so it is less likely to tip over the water tank.
Even on the coldest days this Allied Precision De-Icer will keep drinking water in the optimal range for wild birds. A stainless steel guard is provided to shield wildlife from contacting the heating element.
