The Airpura UV600 is an upgrade from the AirPura R600 series as this unit offers 3 levels of protection from airborne chemicals, particles, and micro-organisms.  The UV600 offers complete air protection effective against bacteria, antigens, pathogens, and mold spores.  The UV germicidal lamp sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores by destroying the DNA of th micro-organisms as they are trapped on the filters.  Excellent choice for basements, mold infestations, doctor or dental offices, hospitals, etc.
