Chain Ladder for 3rd and 4th Story Escapes

Choose a 35 feet long chain rescue ladder if you need a safe escape from a 3rd or 4th floor. The ResQLadder Emergency Escape Ladder is a rescue ladder that provides a safe exit from home or business when other exits are not available. This chain ladder has plastic sleeves on the chains to reduce tangles and to make gripping the chain easier. Stand-offs add stability as you descend and push against the building. This fire escape ladder hooks over a window sill from which you can climb down this fire ladder to safety. This 35' foot fire ladder provides escape from windows from 3 - 4 story buildings.

Emergency Escape Ladders Usage Instructions:
  1. Place chain ladder hooks firmly over the window sill.
  2. Locate red colored rung . Place it out the window first.
  3. Lower one rung at a time out the open window.
  4. Let the remainder of the fire ladder go down towards the ground.
  5. Climb down keeping body close to the ladder. If others follow, hold the bottom of the ladder.
