Install this one inch WaterCop ready water valve MADE IN USA by Dynaquip Controls when a home is being built or remodeled. The water shut off valve has a handle to turn on and off the water. When the home is done, screw the Water Cop actuator (not included) to the water valve platform and plug into an electrical outlet. Connect the Water Cop actuator to a security system if desired. The WaterCop automatic water shut off valve is now fully operational.
