What is Oko-Clean? Oko-Clean is a patented cloth with millions of micro-fine fibers and some pure cotton which was developed in Germany.

Oko-Clean has developed a complete line of micro-fiber based cleaning products for every cleaning task. With Oko Clean products, dirt disappears into the fabric, leaving clean, streak-free surfaces. This cloth, dry or moistened with water, makes quick work of household, recreational, and industrial cleaning.

What makes Oko-Clean different from other micro-fiber cleaning cloths? All Oko-Clean products are made of one of four fiber types, the rough (dark), the dry (fluffy), the cloth (light color), and the sponge. Either dry or moistened with water, this variety of fibers can clean about any dustable or washable surface.

What does Oko-Clean do? Clean, clean, clean! Oko-Clean can be used dry or damp on tile, glass, mirrors, painted or enameled surfaces, wood floors and furniture, linoleum, etc. The miracle of Oko-Clean is that you can clean grungy items like a barbecue grill with water then machine wash the cloth.

Why does Oko-Clean work so well? TRI/Princeton examined the products and concluded that the material in Oko-Clean is "unlike anything we have ever seen before." The micro-fibers are all different sizes, shapes, and lengths so they "grab" onto the dirt and grease rather than spread it around. The amount of cleaning pressure, elbow grease, needed is minimal. The soft fibers will not scratch even the most delicate surfaces. (Be careful with Plexiglas because it is fragile and prone to scratches.)

Why use Oko-Clean? Pure water is a safe cleaner unlike most household cleaning products. Household chemicals can be chemical triggers for asthma and allergies. Household chemicals may cause burning or irritation of eyes, skin, and mucous membranes, may be harmful if swallowed or inhaled, and may damage washable surfaces.

How long do Oko-Clean Products last? Life span is 6 months to 5 years or more depending upon type of use. Longer life also comes from machine-washing in warm water without fabric softener and air-drying.

Oko-Clean tips:
  1. Floor cleaning. Use only the floor cloths designed for that floor. (Short, medium and long naps.)
  2. Never use fabric softener
  3. Air Dry only
  4. Wash Oko-Clean only after heavy soiling. (Otherwise rinse with warm water.) Machine wash, warm water, with only non-linting clothes.
  5. Cloths contain some cotton fibers which can dull with dirt.
