How does the MiracleAir HEPA Filtration System Work?

Air contaminated with dirt, dust, smoke and pollen is forced through three air filters in a three (3) stage filtering process:

The FIRST STAGE: The impregnated, activated carbon pre-filter traps large particles like dust and pet hairs, protecting your HEPA filter and extending its life.
The SECOND STAGE: 82 Square Feet of hospital grade HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of the smaller 0.3 sub-micron particles which pass through the pre-filter. The HEPA filter lasts up to 5 years.

The THIRD STAGE: The 15 pound* carbon/potassium permanganate air filter removes odors, gases, chemical, toxins and vapors (i.e. formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.).CP air filters last from 1 to 5 years depending on the environment where it is used.
(*12 pounds of activated carbon, 3 pounds of alumina potassium permanganate.)

Unlike other air purifiers in its class, the MiracleAir HEPA filter system uses three (3) separate stages of air filtration. This means that each air filter in the system can be individually changed.

The fan motor is a long life PSC (permanent split capacitor) with sealed bearings. This design makes the Miracle Air purifier twice as efficient as standard motors.
