Industrial Uses:
The Amaircare® 7500 Cart is designed for heavy duty cleaning in a specific room. This is a
modified 7500 central system that has had wheels, a handle and an extra pre-filter added to make it
Amaircare®'s most powerful portable system. It creates enough airflow to clean large rooms quickly.
Portable Cleanroom Use:
The 7500 Cart has outflow collars that can be ducted out of a sealed room to create a
negative pressure clean room. This is usefull in containing contaminants inside a specific room.
- 15" Foam Pre-Filter: The first line of defense in your Amaircare Air Filtration Unit, the washable
Foam Pre-Filter removes large particulate and odors. Being the first of the 3-stage filtration process, the
Pre-Filter gets contaminated the quickest. The foam pre-filter should be hand-washed every 3 months.
- 15" HEPA Cartridge (Red): The 2nd stage HEPA filter is the workhorse of your Amaircare Air Filtration
System. It removes 99.97% of all particulate that are 0.3 microns in size or larger. Due to the large amount of
HEPA paper used, Amaircare HEPA Cartridges will only need to be replaced after 2 to 5 years of constant use.
- 15" Carbon Inner Blanket (V.O.C. Filter): The third stage filter is the Carbon Inner Blanket. It is
designed to remove chemicals and odor from the air. When they come into contact with the activated carbon, the
constituent molecules become trapped in tiny capillary passages on the carbon in a process called adsorption.
- 15" Annual Filter Kit (7500): This kit contains all the filters needed to keep your Amaircare Clean Air Unit
running at optimum performance for one full year. Contains 2 Foam Pre-Filter and 4 Carbon Inner Blankets.
- Pre-Filter Door (7500 Cart-Yellow): The Pre-Filter door contains a washable aluminum screen that
prevents large particulate from entering the cabinet.
