Single Sensor Moisture Alarm Signals Watercop to Shut Water Valve and Leak Location
MADE IN USA water alarm detects moisture with its single probe moisture sensor . Water Hound water sensor sounds a alarm intensity similar to a watch alarm or a pager beep when the probe detects moisture. The WaterCop , if installed, responds by shutting off the main water valve. The Water Cop is an automatic water valve that is a full ball valve and operates from 120VAC. Note: Safe Homes does not recommend using this unit as a local stand-alone alarm as it is not loud. It is meant to work with the Water Cop unit.
Monitor specific leak prone areas within home or business for unwanted and potentially damaging water leaks or internal flooding.
Water alarms feature a robust 418MHz radio transmitter chip set with up to a 200 foot operating range.
Moisture sensor has user adjustable digital security codes.
Operate water sensor on either two (2) AA batteries or an optional AC power adapter. Note: Current configuration of this Water Hound water detector does NOT allow for batteries to back up AC Adapter.
