Add an AC adapter to plug in your 12 volt cooler in motel or at your campground. Use as a portable refrigerator, too. Coolest temperature is 40 degrees below the ambient temperature: keep your thermoelectric cooler in the shade. Note: medical coolers are available to maintain lower temperatures. For hot dishes, switch to heat: keep food warm on the way to potlucks or picnics.
