I had a refrigerator line break, and it cost me four weeks of living outside the home, and a $1000.00 deductible. The WaterCop is half the cost of my deductible, and the piece of mind is priceless. This device should be standard equipment in every home in America. Great product. I installed the remote shutoff switch in my kitchen, and now when we leave the house for any period of time, I just push the off switch, and have no worries about water leaking in my home.

I was paranoid about a possible flood and thought this product was a great idea. My husband was against it thinking it was unnecessary and a waste of money, but he allowed me to purchase it anyway. He installed it and tested it and thought it was the greatest thing ever! He was amazed at how quickly the water shut off when he sprinkled some water on the sensor. He now acknowledges that it was worth the money and knowing that it works so well has given me a peace of mind.

I wasn’t sure what happened (maybe it was a computer error or even worse, maybe someone had stolen it from outside my residence). I figured I’d send an email ... & see if anything would happen. To my surprise & delight, I received a call from one of your associates the next morning. She had been tracking down the problem & discovered one of the numbers in the address had been mistyped. The package was delivered to a separate unit to the floor above me. Normally I would have gone & recovered it, but since my work hours are very hectic & erratic, I couldn’t get to it for a few days. Your associate then asked if my housing complex had an office, which they do.
